ADVISORY MEMBERS:

Senior Advisory Member Professor Bintong holds a Ph.D from Wharton Business School, Upenn. He has since taught business in Washington State University, and University of Delaware. He is the Associate Dean and Professor of Business Administration at U. of Delaware. Professor Bintong has coached and guided students in college applications, and essay writings. His students were admitted to top schools, some graduated with careers in Goldman Sachs and Blackstone, and some of his students got admitted to Harvard Business School. Professor Bintong has more than 28 years research and teaching experience. He has been a consultant for major companies, AT&T, Nordstrom, Inc., North Railroad, Blackstone, etc.

Senior Advisory Member Professor Hoffman is a Bio-pharmaceutical executive with over 30 years experience in development of delivery-enhanced drug product development involving proteins, peptides and nucleic acids; Recognized expert in application of novel drug delivery and central nervous system delivery technologies; Internationally known specialist in lipid, lipid biochemistry, lipid application and lipid based drug delivery.

Dr. Hoffman’s specialties include: Lipid, polymer and conjugation-based delivery systems; Particle engineering, process miniaturization, nanotechnology and drug targeting; Formulation and delivery technology tracking and competitive intelligence. 

Dr. Hoffman holds PhD in Biochemistry and Pharmacology; MS in Biochemistry; BS in Chemistry. He was the Post Doctor at Johns Hopkins University, and has been a member of the Advisory Committee for Department of Engineering, Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Hoffman has advised HS and college students on their internship, major selection, career planning, and job development. 

Senior Advisory Member Professor Chang received MS in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and PhD degree in computer science from University of Minnesota. He is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is the founding director of the Spatial Lab. He served as Program Co-Chair of the 18th IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence in 2006, and as General Co-Chair of the 20th IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence in 2008 and 17th ACM (International Conference on Advances) in Geographic Information Systems in 2009. His research interests include spatial databases, data mining, data warehousing, geographic information systems, and intelligent transportation systems.

Ms. Huy holds Master Degree with Honor from Harvard University Education Department. She worked for NYU New York University as Academic Affairs Senior Associate. She is currently the admission manager at Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance. Her experience includes Harvard Educational research, high school students’ college application review, admission reading, and graduate schools’ admission review.

Ms. Estella graduated from Master of Science in Global Health and Population at the Harvard School of Public Health. Before starting her Master’s, she was teaching 10th grade math at City Year New Orleans. Estelle graduated from the University of Virginia (2015) with distinction as an Echols scholar, majoring in Global Development Studies and Cognitive Science, and minoring in bioethics. She has tutored and coached high school students on SAT, and college application process. 

Ms. Tina is a graduate from Stanford University, and is currently attending Medical School at University of California in San Francisco as MD-PhD candidate. Tina received perfect SAT score. She tutored and taught HS students SAT, she reviewed students’ college application essays, and especially offers insight on Stanford University’s Admission and Application 

Dr. Zheng is the lead in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering. He holds PhD from Marquette University, Wisconsin. Dr. Zheng has successfully advised high school students in SAT preparation, college application preparation as well as career strategy and management. His students got admitted into Stanford University, Wisconsin Medical School, as well as other prestigious PhD programs in public health, neuroscience, and business fields.

Ms. Grace holds two Master degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering. She has over 16 years of college campus experience. She provides counseling to students on how to best prepare for challenging academic courses, summer enrichment, and college admission applications.

Ms. Alice graduated with honor of Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University. As a Career Information Specialist at Georgetown University’s Career Office, she advised college students on internship and full-time job applications. She has successfully conducted seminars on college admissions, internship application, as well as job interviews for the community in DC metropolitan areas. She is currently working for UNC Public Health Department. 

Ms. Sasha is a PhD. student at Medical College of Wisconsin. Sasha received full scholarship from University of Nebraska and graduated with highest honor.  Her academic and professional success has inspired many high school students.
